Elderly Care Malaysia ("this site") is operated by Tenteram Care Sdn Bhd (SSM 202601016217) ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

• Enquiry details you submit through our care system: your name, contact details, and the care situation you describe (which may include health information about your family member).
• Usage data: standard analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device type).

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange care services you request.
• To improve this site's content and understand which guides are useful.
• We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Health information

Care enquiries often include health details about a family member. We treat these as sensitive personal data under the PDPA: they are used only to assess and arrange care, and access is limited to the care team handling your case.

Your rights

You may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, and may withdraw consent for us to hold it, by contacting us via the contact page.

Data retention

Enquiry records are kept while your case is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted or anonymised.
